We invite a Metrologist to join our continuously growing TLT Manufacturing Group in Vilnius. In this role, you will contribute to the development of our PCB manufacturing operations by creating and improving metrology processes, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measuring equipment, and maintaining compliance with applicable metrological and quality requirements.

**In this role you will:**

·         Create, develop, and continuously improve the company’s metrology processes.

·         Organize and perform the calibration and periodic verification of measuring instruments and equipment.

·         Record, analyse, and systematise calibration and measurement data.

·         Assess the accuracy and suitability of measuring instruments for use.

·         Document measurement results and manage calibration certificates and other related documentation.

·         Maintain the measuring equipment register and calibration schedules.

·         Ensure measurement traceability and compliance with metrological requirements.

·         Analyse measurement-related non-conformities and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions.

·         Collaborate closely with the Production, Quality, Laboratory, Technology, and Engineering departments.

**What We Expect from You:**

·         A higher education qualification in metrology, engineering, or another technical field.

·         Experience in metrology, measuring equipment maintenance, or calibration.

·         Ability to analyse measurement and calibration results and manage technical documentation.

·         Knowledge of measuring instruments, calibration principles, and measurement traceability.

·         A thorough, accurate, responsible, and systematic approach to work.

·         Ability to work independently, organise your tasks, and collaborate with different departments.

·         English language skills sufficient to understand technical documentation and communicate effectively in a professional environment.

·         Good computer skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Office.

**Salary**

Taking into account each candidate’s experience and contribution, we offer a competitive salary that reflects their skills and competencies. The hourly salary for this position ranges from **EUR 16 to EUR 22 gross** (approximately **EUR 3,640to EUR 3,640 gross per month**), depending on your experience and competencies.
