## Description

**In this role, you will:**

-   Coordinate the work and resources of the production shift.
-   Organise work in line with production plans.
-   Ensure the quality of production processes and manufactured products.
-   Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements within your team.
-   Delegate responsibilities to team members and evaluate their performance and the quality of their work.
-   Achieve shift targets, analyse results, and prepare reports.
-   Work a rotating shift schedule (production will operate 24/7, with 12-hour shifts).

**What we expect from you:**

-   At least 2 years of experience managing a team in a manufacturing company.
-   Knowledge of production organisation principles and the ability to analyse shift performance.
-   The ability to delegate tasks effectively and resolve issues quickly.
-   Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements and the ability to ensure compliance during the shift.
-   Computer literacy (MS Office) and the ability to work with internal business management systems.
-   A college or university degree in engineering or another technical field.
-   English language skills, both spoken and written, at B2 level or higher.

_In recognition of the candidate’s experience and contribution, we offer an attractive salary aligned with their skills and competencies. The salary for this position ranges from_ _**EUR 16 to EUR 20 per hour (approximately EUR 2,688–3,660 gross per month)**__, depending on your experience and competencies. The actual monthly amount will depend on the number of hours worked in the respective month._

_The employment contract will specify a fixed gross hourly rate._

_Night-time hours are paid at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate._
