The TLT Group of factories in Vilnius is expanding its production capacity and strengthening its Quality Control team. We are looking for **Quality Control Engineers** to help ensure that our products and manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards within our modern, highly automated manufacturing environment.

In this position, you will: 

-   Inspect incoming raw materials and components according to established quality standards. 

-   Perform quality inspections of manufactured PCB products in accordance with technical specifications. 

-   Improve and update quality control methods and procedures. 

-   Review and analyse testing and inspection data to identify non-conformities. 

-   Coordinate the handling of non-conforming products. 

-   Participate in non-conformity investigations. 

-   Collaborate with process engineers, production teams, and supply chain specialists to resolve quality-related issues. 

-   Provide suggestions for process improvements. 

-   Perform other tasks related to the position. 

What we expect from you: 

-   A degree in engineering, physical sciences, or a related field (such as electronics, materials science, technology, etc.). 

-   Previous experience in quality control (experience in electronics or precision manufacturing is considered an advantage). 

-   Ability to work with measuring equipment and microscopes. 

-   A responsible, detail-oriented approach and strong analytical thinking skills. 

-   Good English language skills. 

-   Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards is considered an advantage.

Salary: 

We value each candidate's experience and expertise and offer an attractive salary based on skills and competencies. The salary for this position ranges are 12 - 15 Eur/val. (~2016–2520 Eur (gross)), depending on your experience and qualifications. 

The employment contract specifies a fixed gross hourly wage.
